Retained and project services are agreed in writing before work begins. The scope, fees and notice period for your engagement are set out in your client agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

Retained fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Project and ad hoc work is invoiced on completion or monthly for longer matters. Invoices are payable within fourteen days.

Everything you share with us about your business and your people is treated as confidential and is used only to deliver the services you have asked for.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
